We are looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Development department.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and improving our recruiting strategy and promoting our employer brand.
You will attract, review, interview and assess candidates and ensure that our open job positions are filled with exceptional people compatible with EXUS culture and values.

Roles Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end the recruitment activities including headhunting, screening CVs, interviewing & assessing candidates, preparing shortlists of top candidates
Build and foster top talent pipeline through diverse resources for current and future hiring needs
Update role descriptions and job specifications
Partner and join meetings with Hiring Managers in order to review candidates and identify the ideal match
Create the best candidate experience and promote the employer brand
Keep the ATS up to date and create recruiting reports to the rest of the Team
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
BSc in Business Administration, Psychology or related field
MSc in Human Resources Management is a strong plus
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced organization or recruiting firm, expertise in international recruitment and / or hiring for technical roles is highly appreciated
Familiarity with ATS, HR databases, HRIS or HRMS (at EXUS we use Workable and BambooHR)
Familiarity with social media and Professional Networks
Fluency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong decision-making skills and ability to take initiatives
