WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an IT / Networks Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for :
Supporting and maintaining the company's software, hardware & cloud infrastructure.
Setting-up network components and devices.
Analysing and resolving incidents and requests regarding use of application software or hardware.
Troubleshooting and configuring operational problems
Implementing networks / data security measures and maintaining backup policies
Requirements
Educational requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communications Technologies, Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or similar field.
Necessary skills :
At least 2 years’ experience as an IT / Network Engineer.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and experience with TCP / IP.
Familiarity with systems administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
Hands-on experience administering cloud
Desired skills :
Knowledge of scripting and / or high-level programming languages
Relevant Certifications in IT / Network Support
Other qualifications
Critical thinking, attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate several tasks.
Flexibility, enthusiasm and self-motivation.
Fluency in English (oral & written).
