Job Description :

Reporting to the Business Account Manager, the right candidate will be responsible for managing retailers’ relationships, properly implementing the company's strategy, in order to maximize sales and shares targets within the assigned area of responsibility.

Responsibilities :

  • Executes customers’ distribution, promo plan and merchandising targets
  • Manages customers’ requests, building and maintaining a strong cooperation
  • Presents at customers HQs covering agendas as business reviews, launches etc.
  • Participates in internal meetings with relevant reporting preparation and presentation
  • Proposes plan adjustments based on his / her customers’ needs and relevant data analysis
  • Plans monthly coverage of his / her area and proposes changes when needed
  • Directs, coaches and controls the work of his / her team
  • Candidate profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in an FMCG company
  • University degree (An MBA or MSc in Business Administration will be considered as an asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Advanced organizing and planning abilities.
  • Excellent command of the English language and PC literacy.
  • Self-motivation, winning attitude and team spirit.
  • Initiative taking mentality and innovative thinking.
