    The job description of the Head of Direct Sales is the following :

  • Managing promotions and campaigns effectively to ensure market penetration, mainly in b2b sales
  • Working closely with the Commercial Manager in the preparation of effective proposals to targeted segments of the energy market
  • Achieving the assigned target in terms of revenue
  • Active follow up and execution of Monthly Renewals
  • Soliciting for new businesses
  • Generation, monitoring and publish monthly reports
  • Day to day management of channel’s activities for business activities
  • Market and product research analysis, (Customer product feedback & Competitors intelligence) to understand and propose potential product improvements
  • To coach and develop the b2b sales team
  • Decision on pricing to b2b customers upon sales volume criteria
  • Recommendation of pricing to the Commercial Manager for large consumers
  • Recommendation of sales strategies to the Commercial Manager

    The ideal candidate for the position of Head of Direct Sales will be expected to possess the following :

  • A minimum of four (4) years’ direct sales experience in a sales oriented business entity, preferably a well-established and active energy supply company in Greece
  • Experience in b2b customer service
  • Experience in managing teams
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering or other related field
  • Very good verbal / written knowledge of the English language for professional use
  • Very good MS office knowledge (mainly excel)
  • Excellent Marketing and negotiation skills
  • Very good Relationship management skills
  • Ability to maintain high professional Standards
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage self and sales team
  • Good budgeting and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • The ability to understand and analyse sales figures
