About the Role
To date, our ability to recruit top talent across our business and geographies has been a key success factor for our growth.
In this role, the Talent Sourcer will be reporting to the company’s Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement and will be responsible to build our talent pipeline of sourced and highly qualified candidates to enable our recruitment and growth across all functions.
The role encompasses both strategic and operational sourcing including :
Talent Market Mapping, Sizing, and Prioritizing : Identify and define critical hiring gaps and needs
Advanced Sourcing : Source talent via Linkedin, social media and other tools to build talent pools and recruit passive candidates.
Write tailored and unique outreach messaging campaigns
Candidate Communication : Communicate with passive and active candidates across the recruitment process and implement engaging communication and relationship building strategies.
Develop, nurture and maintain a network of potential future candidates.
Screening : Responsible for prospecting, sourcing, screening and engaging with new candidates. Own full cycle sourcing and screening, from intake to prospecting to candidate conversion.
Pre-qualify talent through profiling, evaluations and trait-based assessments
Reporting : Define, develop, and report on talent pools and talent acquisition KPIs
Knowledge Sharing : Maintain acute awareness of industry trends and support Talent Acquisition team for technical and non-technical roles
The ideal candidate would possess :
2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or head hunting
Experience sourcing for non-technical and technical talent
Excellent proficiency of candidate sourcing techniques and tools
Passion for driving candidate experience at all touch points in the recruitment process
Strong commercial acumen and thirst to learn about different roles and functions
Enjoy speaking with new people and creating lasting relationships
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
Able to create tailored, customised message with unique selling points relevant to each role and use metrics to guide decisions
Able to work independently and collaboratively
