Your tasks :
You work in a process-oriented IT service team and are responsible for analyzing and resolving faults in our ERP and POS solutions as well as connected systems as part of 2nd level support.
In particular, faults in the area of connecting external devices to our software solutions as well as the interfaces to mobile applications and e-commerce solutions are part of your area of responsibility.
With your IT know-how, you independently process the problems reported by users and are available to your colleagues of the 2nd level specialist team as a technical contact and advisor.
All processes are documented, tracked and controlled via an ITSM system. You record and process reported faults and service requests on your own responsibility, provide expert support on all issues concerning our products and implement solutions on your own responsibility or in a team.
Participation in quality assurance measures for SHD products as well as cooperation within the framework of requirements management complements your range of tasks.
You support us through your commitment to on-call services as well as the maintenance of our knowledge database.
Your profile :
You have a successfully completed IT-related training or comparable knowledge.
You have several years of experience in support.
You are a strong communicator, your way of working is independent and characterized by a high level of customer orientation, business thinking, teamwork and a willingness to learn.
You communicate professionally and do not let yourself get upset even in difficult conversations, tasks and problem solving and keep your friendly nature.
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile.
