Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
As part of a global IT Harmonization initiative, IMERYS Group implemented a global CRM solution using platform for all its commercial processes and regrouping as of now 2400 users.
As part of a team, the CRM Data Quality Controller will contribute supporting data quality enhancement by implementing data quality control measures and advise on best practices to reduce / resolve data anomalies between the various data sources.
A significant part of this role will be carrying out research, defining and documenting best practices, and executing related data quality tasks to support IMERYS in maintaining and managing data accuracy and integrity by proactively analyzing data to support organizational goals.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be responsible for effective data quality analysis, operation & validation, develop partnerships with numerous business stakeholders, and drive / evolve education related to data governance rules and best practices.
Information Structure & Process
Develop rules and process to control the integrity (accuracy, thoroughness, process compliance) of all data provided by IMERYS entities
Recommend process improvements & suggest alternatives for continuous enhancement of existing workflow
Document data dictionaries and business requirements for key workflows and process points

Data Quality Control
Evaluate data and resolve data quality issues by analyzing gaps in process and source files. Help identify and develop insight to reduce data quality issues
Analyze daily health of the data reporting operations. Identify and develop insight to reduce data quality issues and process gaps
Process any data update or data upload through the migration tool provided by the CRM platform.
Communication
Support Users requests in terms of data amendment while ensuring the continuous data quality awareness of our users.
Support internal teams by providing ongoing & ad-hoc data concierge services and conducting effective research via web / subscribed research sites and present timely information as required.
Ensure the conformity and integrity of the processes and rules with the Master Data Project.
Set up the various KPIs to be reported back to the business on a monthly basis.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence or a related discipline.
History of working in an international & multicultural environment.
Salesforce knowledge and experience is preferred.
Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, an investigative mentality, organizational and logic skills.
Experience with managing, monitoring and scoring data quality in a transactional environment.
Proven capability to gather, manage and synthesize large amounts of information efficiently, effectively and creatively with meticulous attention to detail.
Background in report creation and spreadsheet analysis.
Fluent English ; another language would be a plus.
