Job Brief

We are looking for a mid / senior lvl Operations Expert in Athens, Greece.

What is an Operations Expert?

As an Operations Expert, you will be ultimately responsible for ensuring that our business customers are satisfied with our products and the processes around the transaction.

By guiding and mentoring your team, you help keep pace with changing demands and make sure every product follows a robust diagnostic process and respects our quality standards.

At the end of the day, it'™s your organisational skills and dedication that are at the heart of what we do at Green Panda ' proudly delivering refurbished smartphones in our customer's hands.

The specific duties of an Operations Manager include improving performance on collecting, grading and warehousing of our inventory, ensuring that the company has the right systems in place, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.

You should be ready to guide a small team and find ways to improve processes across.

Ultimately, we'll trust you to help us remain efficient during the course of business.


As an Operations Expert, you and your team have the incredible responsibility of ensuring that our products have the right quality and get into our customers' hands as efficiently as possible.

You're in charge of the entire inventory of products, grading process, warehouse supplies, and everything else.

You make sure your team has the support, knowledge, and resources required to maintain the product to the par with our quality standards.

You complete inventory tasks and keep the stockroom organised as new products arrive. You're in constant contact with the leadership team, sharing data about the status of inbound products to arrive, products in-process, and products available for sale.

And when new products arrive, you're the first to present them to the entire team and adapt the testing protocols adequately.

Characteristics we are looking for

  • Ability to think quickly and perform problem-solving tasks, even within changing conditions.
  • Leadership skills, whether guiding by example or coaching a group.
  • Ability to manage and meet multiple inventory deadlines each week.
  • Strong organisational skills, quickly directing order in every situation.
  • Data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work independently with remote supervision.
  • Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Implement operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
  • Document processes and design workflows.
  • Help the organisation's processes remain legally compliant.
  • Examine internal data and use them to improve efficiency.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  • Recruit and train staff.
  • Find ways to increase efficiency.
  • Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent Excel and Analytical skills.
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • Find ways to increase efficiency.

  • Excellent skills in analytics & Excel.
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Experience within the electronic device industry.
  • Familiar with ERP, inventory systems.
  • Experience working in an ISO environment is a plus.
