Scrum Master (m / w / d)

Your responsibilities :

Contributing to the improvement of agile development processes and coaching the entire team

of Scrum methods

Organization, planning and moderation of regular meetings (Daily Scrum, Impediment Meeting,

PO sync, etc.)

Support, organization, and execution of PI Plannings

Interface function between specialist department and IT

Support with the onboarding of new employees

Required Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience :

A university degree in computer science, business information systems, business

administration, mathematics or a related course of study

You have gained first practical experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach

You have worked as a Scrum Master in projects where SAFe Framework was used

You bring very good knowledge of Confluence & Jira as well as MS Office

You are able to perform Scrum rituals (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint

Retrospective)

You ideally have a Scrum Master certification

You have a positive, solution-oriented mindset and think entrepreneurially

You enjoy communication and regular exchange and use your excellent communication skills

profitably

You have fluent written and spoken English skills

Nice-to-have : SAFe Certificate
