Description : Roles & Responsibilities : Business management :
Define & recommend the appropriate strategy to achieve growth and productivity
Define targets and expectations together with the client and assure further execution and Sales achievement
Analyze sales statistics to identify bottlenecks and determine business growth potentialCustomer Interaction :
Build strong working relationships with customers and management teams.
Provide performance statistics and reporting to the client as required
Review and ensure the maintenance of optimum, resource levels necessary for the delivery of the agreed service, including staff, spares, equipment and tools
Take on new business
Conduct weekly / monthly / quarterly business review with client senior managementCommercial Management :
Management P&L to meet planned revenues and performance
Control, verify and manage cost of services
Work closely with the account manager and client director, management changes to service and contract with client
Fully understand customer business and environment and be proficient to drive down the cost of ownershipPeople management :
Manage all disciplinary issues effectively
Evaluate appropriate employee strategies to promote excellence across operations
Hold regular team meetings and ensure regular communication
Motivate and communicate with on-site staff via meetings and ad-hoc briefings Requirements : Requirements :
Bachelor / Master's degree in Business
Solid Service Desk experience at a senior level
Operational / business management and P&L management skills.
Strong people management skills- interpersonal skills, appraisal skills, interviewing skills
Ability to work alone under pressure and to meet deadlines
