Job description :

The Affiliate Administrator will assist the Affiliate Team in the day-to-day management of all existing and potential new affiliate partners.

Responsibilities :

  • Answering affiliate queries
  • Maintain familiarity with the department policies and procedures
  • Reviewing and processing all new affiliate applications including quality assessment
  • Assisting with the payment of affiliate invoices and commission payments by working with the Finance Department
  • Requesting content and creatives from Content and Design Teams in line with Country Manager activities
  • Liaising with Customer Service and Fraud departments to flag potential affiliate issue
  • Supporting Country Managers in an operational capacity including reporting and systems assistance
  • Assist with UAT of any new tool used by the department
  • Perform and support other duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year in a position with relevant experience
  • Experience in Customer Service or Affiliation would be an asset
  • Office suite skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
  • Strong both English and Italian writing and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Able to process and collate information from various reporting systems
  • Self-motivated
  • Structured and organized
  • Team player
