Reporting to Customer Service Manager, We are looking for an Informatics Technical Specialist Lead to join our Diagnostic Team.

1. Role Purpose

Management of technical and other project resources in region to deliver customer outcomes Span of Control

2. Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines
  • 4 6 years of relevant experience leading and managing software services and support teams for healthcare / diagnostic laboratory systems
  • Fluency in English
  • 3. Special Skills & Knowledge :

  • Sound understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and the use of relevant software technologies in support of the same
  • Demonstrated prior hands-on technical experience with laboratory information systems, middleware and / or analyzer management systems, inventory management systems and / or laboratory decision support systems
  • Technical proficiency with general business applications such as MS Office, MS Project / SmartSheet Key Competencies

  • Execute project work plans with a focus on timely completion & risk mitigation
  • Track and report on assigned project aspects on a regular basis
  • Enforce team compliance with all procedures and systems of record
  • Develop problem solving guidelines, checklists or other materials to assist team in effectively and proactively addressing customer needs and problems
  • Revise and keep up to date, all project documents and systems of record
  • Participate in team and customer meetings effectively
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop team members to effectively meet business objectives
  • 5. Geography :

  • focus on Region East of Europe. The relocation is not required and candidates are welcome from all the region. Expect to travel up to 80% of the time.
