The opportunity

You will play a key role in attracting and hiring the best talent for EY, working alongside our dedicated team in order to develop even further our recruitment goals and employer brand.

As the first point of contact to our Hiring Managers and Partners, you will focus on hiring new and experienced talent, with expertise in a wide variety of professional areas.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from application to onboarding as well as planning and leading some of EY Greece’s Employer Branding campaigns and activities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Have full ownership of recruitment cycle for different EY professional services
  • Build trust relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies
  • Contribute to the optimization of our talent pipeline
  • Represent the company at different recruitment and employer branding events
  • Skills and attributes for success

    To qualify for the role you must have :

  • BSc and / or MSc degree in a relevant field, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders of all seniority levels
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adopt different communication styles based on target audiences
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to embrace new technologies
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality deliverables
  • Ideally, you’ll also have :

  • Experience with personality and aptitude assessments
  • Creative and innovative mindset, ability to produce and execute new ideas
  • Good project management skills
