ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is responsible for managing the corporate card programs offered to employees in Iron Mountain’s EMEA countries.
The card programs include the : Purchasing Card (P-Card),which is used to buy certain OPEX goods and services, the Travel & Entertainment card (T&E Card), which is used for travel and entertainment expenses, and the Virtual / Boost Card Programs (VCA) which are used for expedited supplier payments.
Key aspects of this position include customer support, processing card applications, terminating card accounts, responding to card holder issues relating to their cards, enforcing policy and security procedures, and reporting.
It does not include responding to expense submission, AP payment issues and questions, or GL coding inquiries.
Candidates must embrace and practice high ethical standards and must demonstrate the utmost attention to card holder issues
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Will work under the supervision of the Global Card Program Manager on a daily basis, with support from the functional manager.
Will work under the direction of the Global Card Manager to implement the card programs within the EMEA countries.
Collaborates closely with other card program staff members for reporting, customer support, problem resolution, card use analysis, and reporting.
Prepare the monthly and annual Sarbanes-Oxley reports.
Provide card holders with assistance related to Merchant Category Codes and other questions related to the card policies. .
Support the annual VCA / Boost enablement campaigns.
Provide superior customer support, meaning fast response to issues and aggressive follow up while demonstrating empathy and friendliness.
Support the production of card program analytics related to policy adherence
Manage account activation and deactivation upon employee termination.
Contribute to quarterly, annual, and adhoc supplier performance management discussions to ensure program optimization and improvement.
Primarily support the EMEA card programs, but may be required to support and mentor card administrators in other geographies, time permitting.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research or Accounting
2-4 years experience in Card Administration.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Proficient knowledge to write reports / queries (excel formulas, macros, basic SQL)
Superior finance and accounting skills / knowledge
