Role Profile
The Director, RWE Relationship Management owns the relationship between Global Business Unit (GBU) delivery functions and Regional / Global Business Unit teams (RBU / GBU) who leverage RWE GBU delivery capabilities with the objective to optimize profitability, scalability, productivity, and quality.
Responsibilities
Directs and is responsible for high-level relationship management between the GBU delivery functions and Regional / Global teams
Establishes key performance indicators and governance for objective evaluation of the relationship and business impact (e.
g., quality, productivity, profitability, scalability)
Serves as the primary management contact for the Regional / Global Business Unit teams with a focus on satisfaction, communication, and the overall management of the relationship.
Works to strengthen the relationship between GBU and Regional / Global Business Unit teams and GBU delivery functions by driving transparency and trust
Reports to senior leaders through governance meetings, and regular communications
Implements process and gathers feedback for service delivery improvement and reporting purposes
Leads critical business escalations and efficient management to conclusive resolution
Identifies expansion of existing and establishment of new collaborative opportunities to benefit RWS customers using business metrics, and evaluation of organizational structures

Requires broad management knowledge and the ability to influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, procedures, and goals
A critical thinker with the ability to summarise complex information for insights and action
Relevant CRO / Industry knowledge
Track record in internal or external partnership management
