At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in medium to large organizations
Broad knowledge of compensation, training and development, recruitment, performance appraisal etc. issues
Excellent command of the English language and PC literacy
Ability to diplomatically and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
Excellent interpersonal, team working and leadership skills
High achievement drive, self-motivation and initiative.
