What we are looking for :
Native, or near native level of oral and written German or Italian
B2 level or above in English
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Tech savvy personality
Ability to connect from home in a strong internet connection
What you will need to do :
Act as the first point of contact for customers
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Processing orders, forms, applications & requests
Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
