As an Internal / People Communications Specialist (Contractor) you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, execution and measurement of People Communications initiatives to engage our 1,000+ employees in Greece (Athens & Thessaloniki), ensuring they have the right information, at the right time, via the right channels in order to :

ounderstand the company’s mission, vision, strategy, brand positioning and values

obe aware of key initiatives and latest news

oaccess the information they need

ointeract with local leadership

Required Experience :

Understand and define local priorities via close collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Lead as well as the extended leadership team and translate them into integrated communications plans and actions

Collaborate with regional / global people communications teams to adapt and localize existing global campaigns as appropriate

End-to-end initiatives’ management across a variety of online / offline internal channels (events, portals, social media etc)

Evaluate the performance of the different executed projects, collect feedback, statistics and provide summarized reports

Manage the dedicated budget

Actively contribute to major long-term marketing projects requiring content updates from different areas : business, Inclusion & Diversity, Corporate Citizenship

Develop / edit master artworks in compliance with the Accenture branding strategy and identity standards

Other ad-hoc and administrative tasks related to cooperation with vendors or stakeholders
