About the role
Welcome is hiring for a Internal Sales Manager (based in Athens). The role of the Internal Sales Manager is a managerial sales-
oriented as the main task of the position is to close as many partners (i.e. hotels), who will promote the Welcome. The position reports to Head of Partnerships.
The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales process. He / she will collaborate with various professionals, so it’s essential that they have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.
He / she should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.
The Inside Sales Manager should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales KPIs.
The position requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit and an exceptional aptitude in sales and team management. Some travelling will be required.
Experience in relevant roles is highly appreciated.
