Profile :

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the release life cycle of the projects developed by his / her assigned team, coordinates release deliverables across internal and external teams and facilitates the coordination of cross-

site interaction. He / She will be working closely with internal and external engineering teams.

Main Responsibilities :

In order to bring projects to successful release, the Technical Project Manager will :

  • Engage with engineering teams to plan their release scope in the context of the release plan
  • Run external engineering operations from on-boarding to tracking results, cost and impact
  • Contribute to the continuous release planning process and deliverables and ensure adherence to guidelines and checklists
  • Identify, communicate, and track risks to on-time and on-quality delivery
  • Unblock teams when they encounter impediments
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management around agile methodology
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with all internal stakeholders
  • Identify key suppliers and service providers to bring into the external engineering pool of teams
  • Works with assigned Development Manager(s) on task assignments, and engineering escalations, project planning and prioritization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive prioritization, analysis and resolution of complex technical issues
  • Required Skills :

  • 5 years demonstrated success with projects in an enterprise software setting
  • Experience in Project Management and complex operations
  • Experience with Oracle technology and tools will be considered a strong asset
  • Exposure to software development processes (as a program or release manager, developer, project manager or product owner)
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with local and global teams.
  • Experience working with external development companies
  • Scrum or other agile software development methodology
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and the ultimate team player
  • Strong personal organization skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements
  • Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
