Your main responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring all buffet dishes are filled on time and in a neat way as described by the Chef
Replenish all plates by following all required health and safety standards
Always keep an excellent, well-groomed appearance
Perform any other duties as assigned by Chef or Restaurant Manager management
Your main qualifications / skills
Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
