Develop and implement a facilities management communication plan (messages, reminders).
Prepare reports for stakeholders (MOR reports, monthly finance operational costs)
Emergency preparedness & Business continuity
Implement Health, Safety and Environmental policies to contractors / vendors
Ensure that building occupants are notified of possible building impacts.
Follow client guidelines for incident
Report incidents
Update risk management plan cooperating with contractor, if required.
Develop, update, and oversee business continuity plan
Awareness of CBRE HSE policies.
Improvement of Work Processes.
Performance indicators
Assess ways to improve workplace productivity.
Suggest and implement process improvements.
Finance
Review, approve and process vendor / contractor invoices for CBRE paid invoices.
Support preparation and management of operational budget within contract guidelines and financial procedures ensuring spend compliance.
Work with Finance to ensure an efficient and accurate report.
Provide CBRE monthly invoices to client.
Submit monthly financial results to CBRE account line manager and finance manager.
