  • Develop and implement a facilities management communication plan (messages, reminders).
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders (MOR reports, monthly finance operational costs)
  • Emergency preparedness & Business continuity

  • Implement Health, Safety and Environmental policies to contractors / vendors
  • Ensure that building occupants are notified of possible building impacts.
  • Follow client guidelines for incident
  • Report incidents
  • Update risk management plan cooperating with contractor, if required.
  • Develop, update, and oversee business continuity plan
  • Awareness of CBRE HSE policies.
  • Improvement of Work Processes.

  • Performance indicators
  • Assess ways to improve workplace productivity.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Finance

  • Review, approve and process vendor / contractor invoices for CBRE paid invoices.
  • Support preparation and management of operational budget within contract guidelines and financial procedures ensuring spend compliance.
  • Work with Finance to ensure an efficient and accurate report.
  • Provide CBRE monthly invoices to client.
  • Submit monthly financial results to CBRE account line manager and finance manager.
