Our specialist real estate and hospitality industry team is growing, and we are currently looking for experienced professionals at the Assistant & Senior Analyst level.
Within TAS, our Transaction Real Estate & Hospitality practice provides analytical, valuation, operational, and other business advisory services to investors, financial institutions, developers, hospitality companies, and Fortune 500 companies.
Working in a multi-national environment, the team also undertakes a range of transactions, from local to cross-border multinational disposals or acquisitions.
As a valued member of this creative environment, you will be given the opportunity to take responsibilities on challenging projects, gaining exposure to various sectors, both within Greece and the Central & South East Europe region.
Your key responsibilities
Participation in advisory engagements involving financial and economic analysis of real estate companies, projects, and properties, including
strategy design; and
planning, market and feasibility studies.
Participation in business development activities (proposals, client presentations, professional events)
Interfacing directly with clients
Demonstrating strong team participation skills, particularly in teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and consistency in client work, business development and practice development
Demonstrating strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
To qualify for the role, you must have
Strong academic background including a BS and / or MS in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Civil / Architectural Engineering or other related field.
Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English.
1 7 years of relevant real estate industry experience working in a professional services environment, or relevant industry sector
Good understanding of the local real estate industry and ability to recognize key performance drivers and emerging business, technical and industry trends. (for senior role)
Strong problem-solving and analytical / quantitative skills (cash flow modeling experience). (for senior role)
