Our Finance Transformation Team’s mission is to help organizations reimagine and transform the way they work leveraging technology through a holistic, business-led approach that delivers tangible benefits and value.
The team delivers differentiated, integrated solutions to help clients achieve a digitally- enabled, strategic shift in their finance function’s operating model including finance function diagnostic and transformation projects, process & control improvement, design & assistance related to ERP implementations, multi-scenario financial forecasting and planning tools, high quality financial and management reporting, and constant monitoring of performance.
As a experienced member of the team you will be expected to :
navigate through fast-paced and dynamic projects
participate in challenging client facing engagements and initiatives and support the preparation of proposals, project deliverables, reports and presentations
understand the impact of digital technologies and support clients in modernizing their finance functions
demonstrate practical expertise in the topics of a CFO’s agenda (finance processes best practices, performance monitoring, planning and budgeting, management and statutory reporting including consolidation)
work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution
actively participate in client discussions and meetings
collaborate in a team-oriented environment, supervise and coach junior team members, support knowledge sharing, contribute to building a high performing team culture
pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of your comfort zone.
What we are looking for :
4 to 8 years’ experience with finance functions
finance and management consulting experience will be regarded positively
bachelor or master degree from a leading local or overseas university
a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA) will be regarded positively
strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English
a confident and positive attitude and passion for providing excellent quality work, building relationships, working in diverse teams and continuous learning.
planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
design of driver-based planning models
identification of key business drivers that impact financials
design and rationalization of management reporting and KPIs / metrics
organisation design including planning and reporting activities
finance process analysis and reengineering (record to report, purchase to pay, order to cash)
cash flow monitoring and forecasting
reporting structures design, including chart of accounts, cost center and profit center hierarchies
