Channel VAS is looking for a Business Optimization Analyst to join our talented team.
Major Responsibilities include :
Compare financial performances of all services deployed by the company and establish KPI’s / benchmarks
Develop a deep understanding on the service configurations and the drivers that determine success
Carry out competitive analysis of other mobile loan products / vendors and define best practices
Continually monitor the services’ financial performances and identify risks and under-performances in the early stages of trend changes
Conduct root cause analyses and drive resolution in conjunction with cross-departmental stakeholders from, among others : Technology & NOC Product Management Loan Product Big Data & Analytics Campaign Management Key Account Management Finance and Revenue Assurance
Support the Key Account Management with analytics and actionable commentary, schedule frequent meetings / calls with them
Develop required internal processes and frameworks in order to provide Exco monthly reports
Advice on loan pricing, optimize risks / revenues and be an active member of subject-matter committees
Suggest product functionality and feature enhancements
Formulate the datasets required for analytics and contribute towards automating the query processes, including designing dashboards
Optimize service performances and ensure that company targets & budgets are achieved
BSc and MA / MSc in Business, Science, Engineering or Marketing
3-5 years of experience in enterprise IT, preferably in the Fintech industry
Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Innovative thinking and strong attention to detail
Fast learner, ambitious and self-starter
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and creative environment
Pro-activeness, accountability and results orientation
Hard working attitude and willingness to commit on projects
