To apply for this role, you will need to speak fluent Spanish and a good level of English. No experience is required but a willingness to learn is needed.
This company are based in the centre of Athens and have links to metro lines and other transport methods. Furthermore, you will have access to restaurants for lunch and bars after work which can be utilised with your company provided daily meal voucher.
What you will be doing :
As a customer service advisor, you will be answering inbound calls, email and messages from customers providing them support in relation to booking accommodation.
Customers will be on the website looking at potential locations and attractions and your role will be to take them through step-by-step information on their chosen place.
Your role will be to go the extra mile for the customers and act as brand ambassador.
