Job Description
The Skouries Project is situated at an elevation range of 350 to 620m above mean sea level within the Kassandra Mines Complex found within the Chalkidiki Peninsula of Northern Greece.
The Complex comprises of a group of mining and exploration concessions, including the Olympias mine, Madem Lakkos and Mavres Petres mines and the Skouries copper-gold porphyry deposit.
The concessions cover approximately 317 km2 and are situated 100 km east of the regional center of Thessaloniki.
For our Skouries Project in Greece we are looking for a Lead Cost Technician to join our team. In this position you will provide the essential project support, including but not limited to, the points listed below.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Conducts cost management in accordance with Fluor standards, procedures, and project coding requirements
Maintains construction budget, managing cost reallocations, budget shifts, trending etc
Maintains and forecasts construction CM staffing plan and all other construction indirect costs
Maintains and forecasts construction direct costs
Updates and maintains COBRA cost management database
Maintains the field change management process
Responsible for preparation of the construction cost report
Attends subcontractor progress meetings
Prepares subcontractor cost scorecards and coordinates subcontractor cost reviews
Supervises, coaches and mentors assigned staff
Inputs to progress reports
Adheres to and actively supports project’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies

Basic Job Requirements
Business degree or equivalent
Familiar with Deltek COBRA
Minimum ten years’ experience
Well-developed communication, organizational & interpersonal skills
Preferred candidates live in Greece / Speak Greek
