So what’s the challenge
The Customer Analytics E-Commerce Employee is occupied with the hands on development and deployment of advanced web-tracking behavioral models for digital customer insights.
The role aims to transform data into actionable insights for online decision-making and CRM actions that will support business performance goals.
Your day to day will include :
Developing and maintaining Traffic Heatmaps ,Web-User Journey Funnels and several automated dashboards via Google Analytics, that supports Product, CRM and Acquisition decision making
Leveraging the use of Google Tag Manager for implementing the company’s tracking and micro targeting strategy
Combining scattered multisource web-behavioral data with transactional data and translating them into insight-full and customer centric KPIs
Developing, testing and maintaining the appropriate data infrastructure for the connection of digital and transactional insights into 360 customer data cubes
Performing A / B Testing assessment processes supporting digital content decisions and effective acquisition tactics
Developing digital channel attribution models for customer acquisition cost & benefit optimization
Constantly monitoring Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) opportunities and overall customer journey optimization with complete oversight on the company’s digital properties
Delivering automated campaign evaluation dashboards for customer acquisition and various CRM activities
Develop and Deploy Customer Segmentation, Propensity and Regression models for robust monitoring and understanding customers, traffic and conversion drivers
What you need to succeed :
BSc in Computer Science, Digital Analytics or Business Analytics. MSc degree will be preferred.
2-5 years of experience in similar role in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or Consulting. Experience in Gaming industry will be considered as an asset
Proven track record in analyzing vast customer data and providing actionable insights
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and SQL programming is essential
Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager or Firebase
Strong programming skills in languages as SAS, R and / or Python
Robust knowledge of Data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
Knowledge on SPSS Modeler, Big Query, Google Optimize will be considered as an asset
Business acumen and ability to comprehensively explain complicated concepts
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Positivity, friendly personality and a genuine team spirit
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English languages (oral and written)
Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
