Job Background / Context :
BTSS is a global service organization that provides a variety of core products and services to the business. These comprise of : Archiving,Mail & Distribution,Managed Print Services,Office Supplies & Stationery,Marketing & Transactional Print,Global Travel,Corporate Card Program,Vehicle Program.
BTSS also is often responsible for other local country and non-core services which vary from country to country, including some Executive Services and Supply chain related responsibilities.
The role is responsible for the operational implementation and execution of the BTSS core and non-core products locally.
This requires close co-ordination with the relevant regional Product and Cluster Leads, as well as key stakeholders.
Job Purpose :
Product execution of the BTSS strategy and operational delivery in conjunction with the BTSS Product Leads and BTSS Management.
Reporting to the appropriate BTSS EMEA Product Lead and BTSS Sub-Cluster Head
This in country position will be responsible for the day-to- day running of the core product service, including operational and vendor management where appropriate.
The role will involve ensuring that all duties and requests are resourced and completed in a controlled and timely manner, and meet and deliver minimum operating standards to our agreed service levels.
This is a customer facing role, responsible for interacting with Citi’s internal stakeholders to ensure that BTSS core services are delivered to support their needs, as well as communicating key changes and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities : Strategy :
Support the Country Management and the BTSS Regional Management in the execution of the BTSS global strategy
Identify continuous improvement initiatives that will lead to cost savings
Support all initiatives related to the values and ethics of the Organization, locally, regionally & globally
Financial Management :
Support the Country Management and the BTSS Regional Management with the financial management and influence of direct and indirect spend
Direct participation and / or coordination of important projects
Assist the Country Management and the BTSS Regional Management in ensuring adherence to the country financial budget while providing explanation on monthly variances
Operations Management :
Ensure efficient delivery of BTSS services in country
Conduct regular review of BTSS processes against policy and regulatory requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with country O&T Head and all other key internal clients
Responsible for local daily operational BTSS core services
Management of operational risk and control utilising key performance indicators and Service Excellence and Continuous Process Improvement techniques
Ensure and maintain good relationships and cooperation with peers, other local or regional units, top management, vendors and partners
Participate in local committees & meetings as required
Actively participate in BTSS regional & global meetings and calls
Meet regularly with stakeholders on requirements and expectations of BTSS performance
Lead or participate in regular Third party meetings in line with Citi policies
Seek best practices within regional / global teams and share with the local team
Escalate issues as appropriate
Act as BAO (Business Activitiy Owner) of the Third Party relationships under BTSS responsibility
Communicate with local authorities for items related to BTSS, if needed
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in relation to one or more of the services for which this position is responsible
Subject matter competence in responsible services
Previous experience in a large corporate with a global footprint
Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience

Extensive Third Party Management experience
Identify & leverage best practices for continuous process improvements & re-engineering
Strong reporting experience & skills
Experience in expense management & cost reduction
Experience of risk & control requirements in a banking environment
Strong customer service delivery background
Expert skill set in Microsoft Applications
