We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources functions. If you have a passion for HR, are familiar with labor law and look to boost your career in the field, this is the place to be.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of HR tasks, like recruiting, administering employee contracts and leaves and crafting HR policies.
And you’ll also act as a point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
More specifically, as a Human Resources Generalist, you will :
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
Roll-out of global HR Processes and ensuring consistency of company’s initiatives and projects (recruitment, Learning & Development, and others)
Provide input to Finance / Accounting for preparation of payroll administration
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;
Undertake tasks around performance management;
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
Support the preparation and development of new branches
Ensure compliance with labor regulations;
To be considered you should have :
BSc / BA in Human Resources Management or relevant field;
Minimum of 2-4 years of professional HR experience; including recruitment, personnel administration, employee relations, compensation;
Experience with Greek employment / labor law;
Solid understanding of general human resources policies and procedures;
Excellent communication and people skills;
A detail oriented mindset with strong analytical skills;
Demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
The following will be considered a plus :
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus;
Additional HR training will be a plus;
Fluency in Greek and English, any other European language;
