Optimal HR Group is looking to recruit a high caliber Talent Acquisition Senior Consultant.
Main Responsibilities :
Directly search and source candidates through multiple channels including internet, networking, employee referrals, research, internet ads, database searches etc.
to fill open hiring needs
Debrief managers and candidates
Negotiate offers, close and "post-close" candidates
Conduct reference checks
Provide consultation to the business on roles and responsibilities of all partners and stakeholders in the recruiting process
Use of best practices and systems to improve service delivery for recruiting
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
Keep current on recruitment trends and serve as a subject matter expert to client groups
Minimum of 4 years industry experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably gained while working for an executive search firm or in corporate recruiting
Goal driven with the ability to proactively take initiative, problem solve and work with minimal direction
Comfort with change and ambiguity, as the scope of this role will likely shift over time as recruiting demand varies
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and carry them out independently
Strong client service orientation, previous experience in a professional services organization would be ideal
Executive presence with the confidence and experience to work and partner with senior leaders as well as lead and inspire team members and colleagues
Fluency in English
Expert in MS Office and CRM databases
