In this role you will :

o Support the local Sales organization / customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers and tenders.

o Prepare / support preparation of technical / commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit indications and Sales organization directives.

o Ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) in collaboration with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and / or external teams.

o Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product / systems / services offering, and align to provide a solution.

o Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant area
  • At least two years of experience in relative industry. Knowledge of ABB Products will be considered a plus
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office)
  • ERP Knowledge / SAP
  • AutoCAD software certification will be considered an asset
  • Problem solving oriented
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility & reliability
