Responsibilities :

  • Making changes to Master Data to create, change, delete, extend, flag etc.
  • Coordinating material Master Data setup and validations with cross functional departments, ensuring data quality / integrity is maintained
  • Assisting with the ongoing and periodic maintenance of Master Data, ensuring data complies with regulation
  • Conducting data cleansing to rid the system of old, unused, or duplicate data
  • Working with team members to resolve Master Data issues
  • Working with IT to ensure alignment of Master Data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements
  • Supporting Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the portfolio of material numbers is aligned across the business through the S&OP process
  • Assisting with testing change requests affecting Master Data in the development system
  • Although not essential, experience gained using SAP software would be advantageous, as would experience gained with data analysis and carrying out internal audits
  • Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience gained in a similar role, including working with ERP systems
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Competency using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a structured and organised approach
  • Ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to spot opportunities for improvement
  • Strong team spirit, initiative, and innovative thinking
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal & written)
  • Fulfilled military service (for men)
