TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for an End User Services Manager for our Head office in Athens, Greece . The position reports to the Greece IT Director.
The primary scope of this role is to lead the end users’ services team providing a broad range of IT services & technical support to TITAN end users.
The job holder is responsible for the planning, configuration, security, implementation and delivery of desktop operating systems, core applications / services and office productivity suites.
Accountable for the overall strategy, roadmaps, and technical standards for ensuring workplace technology hardware and applications meet end user needs and requirements of the business, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, core operating systems, and key applications
Select, develop, and grow a team to deliver operational excellence through key performance indicators, establishing and communicating goals and objectives and effective performance feedback
Safeguard the enterprise through an effective endpoint security strategy and platform.
Take ownership of escalated issues to certify they are comprehensively addressed through root cause analysis
Effectively manage budgets and vendor partners, representing the company in addressing issues / concerns, and providing cost-effective solutions with favorable outcomes
Oversee projects and initiatives with the project management team to provide subject matter expertise and technical designs and solutions that are compliant with the company standards.
Identify operational and procedural opportunities focusing on implementing service and support enhancement initiatives and devises processes to support continuous improvement
Provide superb service to the Greece & Group Corporate Center end users; plan and run end-user satisfaction surveys to identify areas of improvement, prepares and executes action plan
Collaborate and influence business stakeholders and IT management to ensure alignment and enhanced business value through end user solutions and services
Demonstrated capability in developing and applying adoption & training plans
Maintaining lifecycle records and track management for hardware, software & licenses
Liaises with other IT functions, escalating to subject matter experts and coordinates problem resolution in a timely fashion
