With over 21 million members, the ADAC ist the largest automobil club in Europe. The ADAC emergency call station in Greece is a subsidiary of the ADAC Group.
The Customer Service in Glyfada near Athens receives calls for help from ADAC members. Vehicle-related assistance is arranged and organized here.
Committed emplyoees are needed to build up the team, who can responsibly contribute their know-how and experience to overall support for ADAC members and insured persons.
You are the first point of contact for ADAC members, who call the ADAC emergency number due to an accident or breakdown.
You will receive all relevant information over the phone to ensure the fastest possible help.With your empathy you manage to calm the members down, even in emergency situationsYou document all concerns in the ADAC database.
Requirements
Very good German and English skills.Enjoying contact with people and feel comfortable in customer service.Dealing with responsibility with the emergency situations of the people.
Confident in using the PC and common MS Office programsWilling to work shifts and weekends
Offer
Competitive salary : You can expect a base salary that is above avarage for Greece. You will also receive a financial subsidy for public transport (from May 2022).
Education and training : You can expect an extensive training period of 2 weeks as well as two more weeks of intensive coaching, fully paid.
Top location : It is not far to walk to the next metro station and from the office to the beach you only need 20 minutes by bus.
