About your responsibilities in more details :
Developing project plans that identify resources;
Hosting weekly project meetings;
Providing feedback, expertise and all the updates to the team members;
Managing deadlines for yourself and the team;
Providing project-level analysis;
Collaborating closely with developers and QA Engineers;
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed;
Managing customer relationships;
Identifying improvement opportunities;
Creating and maintaining project schedules;
Supporting system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements;
Representing the company’s mission, vision, and values.
What would we like you to have :
Proven experience working on B2B (SaaS) projects (3+ years) as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business;
Proficiency with SQL and spreadsheets ;
Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques, conflict management, relationship building & communication skills ;
Ability to prioritize tasks and take ownership;
Time management skills (familiarity with calendar management and goal setting);
Understanding of Indices, fundamentals, analytical data, returns level data, etc.
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English ;
