Test Developer at Rentals United works as a member of Agile ( Scrum ) teams alongside CIO, CTO, Product Owners and Developers to contribute to development.
Each of the three teams is developing a specific part of our product adapting the most effective way of working for itself.
QA Specialist will lead and develop our Quality Assurance Team that currently consists of three QA Specialists (Manual Testers).
As a future team member you will share the following tasks :
Take over quality assurance processes and related infrastructure within the dynamic SaaS company (minimum 4 deployments per week)
Manage and build automated tests in line with product development
Set ambitious quality assurance goals for the team and yourself
Become a mentor in your area
Work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams and Technical Writers to ensure top-notch product releases
In detail :
Cooperation with programmers (3 Scrum teams), testers, CTO and DBA on a daily basis
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured scenarios and test cases
Conducting tests
Error reporting & preparing reports
Ensuring that the software produced complies with the business and quality requirements
Preparation, development and maintenance of automated tests based on C#
Reviewing and debugging code
Translate test case(s) into Gherkin format
Integrating with CI / CD tools
Creation, maintenance and development of test tools
Participation in the software development process (from requirements analysis to delivery)
Prepare automation of existing test scenarios (and at the same time decide which tests are to be automated, because it is not always possible or recommended)
Take ownership and drive the evolution of quality assurance practices
Take the initiative to lead the QA team
