Director of Sales Operations
TTEC EMEA have a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales Operations teams. We are looking for experienced Directors of Sales Operations with relevant experience of leading call center / Telesales / Inside Sales teams.
You will manage teams of high performing sales associates on behalf of a global technology vendor.

What you’ll be doing :
Our Director of Sales Operations manages the overall client relationship and associated operations maximizing resources for optimal success in attaining the revenue goal for a single or multiple line(s) of business.
Work strategically and proactively to improve processes and performance that enhance bottom line results. Create and maintain a positive work environment and first in class Sales culture!
What you’ll bring to us :

Manage day-to-day operations and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications :
BA / BS degree
10 years of experience in sales, operations management.
10 years of people management experience with proven record of success.
Experience in building executive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
