YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Process diverse business documents and enter accurate data in the ERP System.
  • Communicate with the relevant audience internally and externally.
  • Verify that daily administrative activities processed with our customers are done timely and accurately.
  • Ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily and monthly validation checks.
  • ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • University or College Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Fluency in Italian & English.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience within a similar role, preferably gained in a fast-moving, multinational company or a Shared Services environment.
  • Experience in ERP and knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
