Your Profile :
As an Account Manager, you are the interface between our customers - the top manufacturers & outsourcers of the IT industry -
and our internal project management. You identify and create new businesses, work closely with our Service Delivery Managers worldwide, and have a senior Hemmersbach Executive Partner and Bid Management Team to work together to create bespoke IT solutions that exceed customer requirements.
Your Tasks :
Development of independent and successful customer strategies
Joint development of solution-oriented offers for IT services such as Onsite, Workplace or DAAS Services with customers
Design of the entire sales process from the analysis of customer needs to the presentation of a tailor-made solution to the contract negotiation
From the ideas of our European customers you develop solutions and concepts for their IT landscape and calculate an offer
You are responsible for the presentation of the concept as well as for the fine tuning with the Customers and accompany the project to implementation
You apply your knowledge of English in the context of communication with the international Project team as well as external and internal customers
You bring along :
Several years of experience in IT account management, with a focus in Print and PC hardware solutioning
High stress resistance and flexible availability to serve our customers Globally
Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
Independent and careful way of working
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language
Assertiveness, negotiation skills and great attitude
