Customer Marketing Manager Oral Healthcare & Vitamins
This role was created to drive and deploy Irresistible engagement’ with shoppers & customers at prioritized touchpoints along the purchase journey which drives conversion, brand equity and category share growth as well as building GSK’s strategic value with key customers.
Customer Marketing Manager Oral Healthcare (OHC) & Vitamins will take responsibility for translating category and brand strategies into specific channel and customer activities in order to win at shelf.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver Country Customer Marketing Strategy for OHC & Vitamins :
Lead Country Customer Marketing planning process with direct contribution to Commercial Excellence Activation Plans.
Represent country in quarterly Customer Marketing review process with Area.
Own country Customer Marketing processes.
Drive Country Customer Marketing Action Plan for OHC & Vitamins :
Deliver profitable category & brand share growth by working with marketing on localization and activation of the global / area category & brand vision and strategies through to the customer and shelf.
Lead the creation of the strategic shopper / customer plan and assets for GSK categories working with key trade customers.
Develop and execute mutually acceptable solutions that produce a win for the brand and for the customer.
Drive strategic customer initiatives aligned with sales, which are insight-led, innovative, differentiated and designed to unlock category and brand growth.
Create promotional strategies to fully reflect category / brand strategies in alignment with brand activities and with particular focus on new products / categories within NRM guidelines.
Coordinate POS planning needs in cooperation with Customer Marketing Executive and have overview of implementation and evaluation processes for relevant GSK categories.
Work closely and provide input to Customer Marketing Executive to ensure POS materials allow the best possible visibility and availability of GSK products to consumers.
Create merchandising standards in cooperation with category management & NRM.
Handle all budgets allocated to the department (planning / follow up).
Business Partnering :
Collaborate with Area Commercial Excellence Team with focus on 3year Plan delivery.
Collaborate with cross functional teams at GSK in respect to customer actionable plans.
Support sales team with all channel / customer activity related information, materials.
Support KAMs in building relationship with key trade partners.
Ideal Candidate :
Bachelor’s degree in economics or business.
Proven experience in customer marketing / shopper marketing / trade marketing / sales.
Proven experience in developing and delivery of customer activation plans.
Proven track record of excellent commercial acumen in shopper marketing area.
Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills.
Experience within FMCG shopper marketing, sales or marketing as an advantage.
Very good analytical skills.
Detailed understanding of shopper / customer marketing and shopper / customer behavior across all channels.
Expertise in engaging and effective cooperation with sales teams.
Exceptional Greek & English.
