About the role
As a designer in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, you are responsible for researching, concepting, drafting, and producing the best available content to maximize the impact of campaigns across a variety of CRM channels, including e-mail, blog post, push, SMS, and in-app messages.
Your design will inspire both passengers and drivers globally and will continuously take our communication to the next level.
You will research competitors and always look for new opportunities to improve our designs, ultimately striving to be industry leading in the tech, measurement, and production behind our CRM design capability.
What you will need to do
Increase the impact of CRM campaigns through groundbreaking design
Own the brand guidelines and visual approach across CRM channels
Create consistent visual designs across various promotions, with a focus on automation through playbooks and templatization
Produce digital marketing assets including email, landing pages, blog posts, and social visuals
Research & propose best practices and design trends, owning Beat’s (leading) position in the industry through CRM design
Ensure quality in all aspects of campaign execution
Develop detailed design specs for production
Produce designs for A / B testing, striving to maximize the impact of Beat’s content through a data-driven lens
What you will need to have
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional design at high volumes under tight timelines in a hyper-growth and data-first environment
5 years + of visual design experience
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries
Intermediate experience with Sketch and Figma
Basic knowledge of HTML and experience working with CRM Developers
Basic knowledge of email design best practices
Deep knowledge of different export file types and file optimization
Awareness of typographic best practices and design hierarchy
Ability to work on your own initiative
Experience of mentoring and coaching
