Manages the day to day operations of the team through mentorship, accountability, and guidance, measuring success through performance metrics
Establishes team goals through measurable outcomes, tracking the successes and actively engages in problem solving measures collaboratively within the department
Engages with other departments, providing report results and actionable insights, suggesting best practice recommendations
Implements tactical and strategic plans, policies and procedures, acting as the communication champion between your teammates and other departments
Role Requirements :
Must be bilingual French / English C1 level writing and speaking
2+ years people management, dealing with HR related issues as well as staff development and operational management experience remote management is a plus
Great communication skills, written and orally, working to develop teams, communicating upwards and outwards to various departments
Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player,
Demonstrate the ability to work with different teams and work styles, collaborating with others in the name of customer experience
Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes, actively engaging in process improvement strategies
Must be willing to participate in a background screening, including credit check
Proven customer communication experience through chat messaging, email, and phone
Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications (e.g. internet, Microsoft Office)
