Job Description Job Opening In the Tour Operator Support there is currently a vacancy of Tour Operator’s Support Agent The Tour Operator Support is the point of contact for abroad Tour Operators in regard to allotment group bookings and tickets.
Job Requirements This position brings along the following responsibilities :
Communication via telephone and email with international tour operators to support the international sales teams of Aegean
Accounting crosschecks and fund closure Candidates should have the following personal requirements :
High level of communication skills (written / oral)
High attention to detail
Decisive and proactive approach
Ability to work under pressure And the following educational requirements and work experience :
1 year working experience with reservations systems at either an airline or a travel agency
Good knowledge of Amadeus Altea (reservations and ticketing)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Good MS Office skills
Knowledge of Cosmos Accounting software will be considered as an asset
