Internal company support and applications maintenance
Setup, administer and maintain network servers and technology tools.
Implement, manage and maintain company's servers used for databases and software source code.
Administer company's security and disaster recovery designs and plans.
Monitor Office365 software services.
Set up accounts and workstations. Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures.
Manage cloud services.
Maintain third-party software applications and telecom infrastructures.
Be responsible for company's hardware and upgrade systems with new releases.
Manage network security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
First level support on company systems.
Deployment of Proprietary Software
Manage company's proprietary software deployment process.
Package software components so that the software will be ready for use.
Execute the installation and configuration of company's software at client's environment, as well as propose any changes for performance's optimisation.
Minimum Requirements :
B.Sc. in Information Systems or a relevant field of study.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Office365 & Azure, Exchange Server, Active Directory & domain infrastructure services, Windows Server 2008-2019 & Windows 10, Hyper-V).
Experience with networks (LAN, WAN)
Knowledge of systems security and data backup / recovery
Solid understanding of relational Database Technologies administration, preferably MS SQL Server.
Understanding of Microsoft IIS.
Ability to resolve application problems, troubleshoot and maintain software and hardware.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
2-3 years work experience as IT administrator.
Desired Skills & Experience :
Knowledge of SQL Azure and Windows Azure services development will be considered as an asset.
