We are looking for a passionate, experienced or willing to evolve agile coach to join our team in Athens. As an Agile coach, you'll have the opportunity to work in challenging environments to help our clients succeed with their transformation and their continuous evolution.
You will introduce and / or ensure a healthy application of Lean & Agile practices and you will provide assistance to both the organization and the individual teams to understand the value behind them and how these practices could bring them closer to meeting their needs.
You will deliver agile capability services such as training on specific practices, frameworks or methods, facilitation of topic-specific workshops, individual or group coaching and mentoring.
You will be part of our great team of coaches and you will get all the support required to grow stronger as a professional.
At least 5 years of experience working as an Agile / Lean facilitator with more than one team using Scrum, Kanban or any other framework or method.
Deep understanding of Agile and Lean not only as practices but mainly as values and principles, as only this level of understanding enables appropriate application.
Ability to provide framework-agnostic coaching & mentoring to cross-functional teams.
Great facilitation and problem-solving skills to guide groups and teams through a structured approach and process as to come to solutions and make decisions.
Deep knowledge of when to step in and when to step back as well as the maturity to do so.
Capability to use an empirical approach to uncover systemic impediments and facilitate continuous improvement.
Ability to observe and recognize anti-patterns in teams and drive change where necessary.
Ability to mentor, train and coach individuals, teams, or groups depending on the context and identified needs.
Experience in introducing Agile and Lean practices in an organization or leading an agile transformation initiative.
Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methods.
Ability to consult and coach leadership teams on an iterative approach to organizational change, both business and technology.
Knowledgeable of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, DevOps, etc.).
