Schneider Electric Greece is looking for highly motivated and customer centric talent to join our Services Department. As an Inside Services Sales Engineer, the job holder will be directly reporting to Services Director.

His / her main role is to follow up, track and capture under contracts, existing installed base and develop new services sales and maximize existing installed base services sales in the Channel of Secure Power through targeted actions with customers assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and promote the services offer
  • Sales forecast preparation
  • Analysing competitors offer range or positioning and proposing relevant counter actions
  • Understanding pricing offer list, financial agreement & terms of cooperation and discount ranges, handling requests for special prices and price negotiation
  • Account management of existing and new customers and partners
  • Direct sales to customers offering digital and advance services offers
  • Retain existing customers and expand collaboration using digital services offers
  • Offer preparation and follow-up on offers
  • Follow up of existing installed base
  • Close collaboration with other sales teams, finance department, product managers, etc.
  • Reporting on specific KPIs
  • System and business analysis using BI tools
  • Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Software or Computer Science Engineering or relevant high education degree from a University or a Technological Institution

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar sales position preferably in a multinational environment
  • Sales experience in IT domain (UPS / data centers) will be considered as a plus
  • Proficient oral and written command of the English language
  • Advanced PC Skills, especially regarding MS Office Suite (SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus)
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Customer focused, ability to adapt to different client profiles
  • Team player, ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Achievement drive and results orientation
  • Self-driven, able to work autonomously and take initiative
  • Global mindset willing to adapt to a multi-cultural environment
