Optimal HR Group on behalf of its client, a multinational Oil & Gas company, is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant for its Athens office, in order to perform clerical and administrative support duties for the Country manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Answering telephones and giving appropriate and authorized information to callers, taking messages, or transferring calls to appropriate individuals
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Arranging travel reservations
  • Organising and maintaining office filing system
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses (petty cash) through the usage of Excel and SAP
  • Acting as a receptionist and / or meeting and greeting clients
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar secretarial position
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish is desirable
  • Must be highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office program
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
  • Attention to detail and documentation
  • Discretion and confidentiality
