DMBIR0819 Posting date : 31 Jul, 2019 Apply Save job Role purpose : The District Manager develops, applies and executes the business development of the area under his / her responsibility.
Establishes and meets company’s commercial objectives for sales and profit performance and ensures customer experience delivery through respective B2B channels.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
Supervise, coach and support a team of Business Advisors from partners / Franchise shops
Assist in the analysis of Productivity. Monitor and evaluate shop and Dealers’ results, and provide the relevant feedback and support for corrective actions
Responsible for external communication strategy to all stakeholders using appropriate and effective business and sales language
Influence dealers / franchisees on present and future Vodafone Strategy
Build strong relationships with franchisees and sales advisors through dedication to guiding, influencing and supporting day to day business
Educate Dealers and Business Advisors on critical components of the Business environment
Target setting and action planning in order to drive commercial effectiveness in convergent sales
Monitor and report of business results, identify financial and commercial areas for improvement and ensure through relevant feedback and action plan that Dealers will be viable and profitable
Knowledge of market and business trends. Gather insights from the market and use them to improve commercial effectiveness (products & services)
Able to collaborate successfully with all commercial teams and functional leads (Sales-Marketing).
Be a genuinely inspiring consultant, energized to motivate Business Advisors to abide by company’s vision and goals
Lead by example by servicing Vodafone Business customers in an excellent way

Must have technical / professional qualifications :
Master Degree would be considered as a plus

A total of 5 years previous work experience including 3 years in B2B Sales
