MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire a good understanding of the S4 / Hana processes and underlying core model business rules & common language
Coordinate pre go live & go live & stabilization activities of the SSC perimeter
Pre go live phase : with the guidance from the B2R Business process expert and the centrally assigned Super Key User of the SAP implementation team
Understand all the steps towards go live and monitor the SSC users activities planning progress.
Ensure that the pre cut over activities are performed on time by the SSC users (+ perform some by himself depending on resources availability), mainly :
Migration data preparation : data cleansing (reconciliation of auxiliary balances, cleaning of asset base etc), dry runs
Alignments to core model : participate to workshop and follow up / perform resulting actions. Be the point of coordination between SSC, local accountants, the SAP S4 / Hana Business Process Expert, the assigned Super Key user & IT team to ensure any localisation is done on time and coordinate change management between SSC and with other users
Assist SSC Accountants to Perform core & specific tests (helped & guided by SAP S4 Hana team and local accountants)
Training : SSC users training. SSC super key user must be able to perform an end user training (in run mode) on the SSC side with the help of IT
Go live phase :
Understand overall cut over plan (which steps, what timing). Coordinate the SSC users with the go live activities for B2R & participate in the post go live support of the SSC team.
Actor in the SAP S4 Hana implementation project a multi million euros ERP project setting the standard for Imerys for the next 15 years
List of direct / dotted reports : no direct reports but coordinating and working with all SSC teams
Technical / functional skills :
Minimum 6 years of accounting experience
Hands-on experience in end to end accounting
IT savvy , experienced with SAP, possibly S4 HANA is a plus
Previous experience in SAP implementation projects is a plus
Very structured, excellent organisation skills
Behavioural competencies :
Proactive behavior and constructive mindset. Ability to understand the nature of problems and to explain to the users
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure and a moving context
Linguistic skills :
English (Fluent preferred or highly Advanced), capacity to work in English for long periods
French (would be a plus)
